how to order
When you see something you like, you fill in the form or sent me an email (firstname.lastname@example.org) with the number of the product or description. I’ll sent you a payment link or invoice back and ask for your billing adres. If you’d like to make your order faster, please sent me the billing adres with your order so I can sent it to you right away.

We are happy to offer free delivery for orders over € 100,- in The Netherlands (special items are not included).
Under € 100- the standard shipping costs are € 6,50 for NL.
EU orders have a standard shipping rate of € 10,00.
All our shipping rates include track and trace and insurance for your parcel.
We offer worldwide shipping. Please contact me for the shipping costs to your country. Please note that,outside of Europe, you might be charged for local import duties and custom charges on the arrival of your order.
Our items can be picked up in The Hague. Adress will be given when the order is done.
You live in The Hague (or really close) and you want to order a small item? Lucky you, we can deliver it by bike. Let us know, and we’ll make an appointment.
If you live in the Netherlands, maybe we can arrange something for delivery. Get in touch, and we’ll let you know what is possible. We do charge extra costs for the service.

Your order will usually be send within 24 hours after transfer of the payment, but we aim to send most packages the same day.
All items in the shop are in stock and ready to ship. If for any reason an item is out of stock we will contact you by email. If you’d like, we can stay in touch so I can find a similiar product for you.
Most orders are delivered by DHL, DPD or PostNL. DHL, DPD and PostNL aim to deliver within the Netherlands the next working day. For Germany and Belgium it will take one or two workings days. Delivery of EU and international orders can take up to 10 working days, depending on the location and carrier.
It is very important for us that you are completely happy with the items you ordered. If for any reason the item is not living up to this standard, please feel free to return or exchange the unused product as described below. Our policy lasts 14 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. During the withdrawal period please treat the product and its packaging with care. Only unpack or use the product as far as necessary in order to be able to assess whether you wish to retain the product.
Since we are a very small business we can’t offer a refund. We do however offer you an gift voucher. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. These shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
